Safety & Security

  • Noise detector devices: To alert on-site support staff if the noise exceeds a certain dB level.

  • Ring video camera: Installed at the entrance of each unit to monitor guest entrances.

  • Smart locks: Installed on front-door of unit. New code is generated for each guest and codes are deleted upon checkout.

Professional Cleaning

  • In-house cleaning staff: We don't outsource our cleaning to another company. This enables us to have the most quality control over our cleaning standards and maintain professional level cleanliness after each stay.

  • Deep cleaning: Our staff is trained to focus on the most minuscule of details because we know how important cleanliness is for our guests.

Our Story

CoSea homes was founded in 2020 to solve a gap in the housing market for business travellers and corporate relocation.

With remote jobs gaining popularity and the large surge in business travellers, hotels were not a great long term solution. CoSea had the goal of providing the highest degree of comfort in a temporary home with the amenities a guest would need.

Over the past couple years, we have partnered with multiple residential and commercial landlords with our Master Lease Partnership Agreement.

Our business model guarantees sustainable income for the owner of the property, with no worrying about tenants defaulting on rent.
